For real estate agents · The Monthly Content Session
One hour in the studio. A month of content.
For agents who know they should be posting and can't keep it up. You fill out a short form, approve your scripts and come in for an hour. A few days later you have three captioned videos, three finished posts and two new portraits.
From $495 a month, or $595 for a single session.
You posted a few videos. Then you got busy.
Most agents have tried. A couple of clips, a burst of posts, then showings and closings took over and the feed went quiet. That's normal. It isn't a discipline problem. It's a second job.
"It's too much work."
Writing it, filming it, captioning it, resizing it. One minute of video can eat an afternoon.
"I don't like how I look."
A phone in the front seat doesn't flatter anyone. Studio light, real sound and a second set of eyes do.
"Other agents make it look easy."
A few people are naturals. Everyone else needs a director. I spent fifteen years directing actors in Los Angeles.
You don't need to get better at this. You need it off your plate.
What you get from each session
Three topics. Eight finished pieces.
You pick three questions your clients ask. Each one becomes a video and a matching post.
3
Captioned videos
Short and vertical, one per topic. Trimmed, captioned and branded in your brokerage colors.
3
Finished photo posts
A designed post to match each video: your photo, your topic, your brokerage. Finished images, not templates you have to fill in.
2
Retouched portraits
A fresh photo of you each session, so your feed doesn't run on the same headshot for three years.
3
Scripts, written for you
Drafted from your form, one per topic. You approve them by email before you come in. Nothing to memorize.
How it works
Three steps. Most of the work is mine.
Before · about 20 minutes
Form, then scripts
You fill out a short form: the neighborhoods you work, your brokerage colors, and three questions clients ask you. That takes about ten minutes. I send back three short scripts and you approve them by email, with one round of changes.
The session · 60 minutes
Come to the studio
Portraits first, then video. Your words are on a teleprompter and I direct every take. You don't need to know how to pose or what to do with your hands.
After · three business days
Open your gallery
Everything arrives finished and sized. Download it and post it. Next month we do it again with three new topics.
Your part
Complete the form. Approve the scripts. Come in for one hour.
My part
Scripts, directing, recording, editing, captions and design.
One topic, start to finish
A question you get asked becomes two posts.
Here's how one answer on your form turns into a video and a matching post. Multiply by three for the month.
From your form
"Sellers always ask me if they should renovate before they list."
Script · about 20 seconds
Here's what sellers ask me most: should I renovate before I list?
Usually, no. Fix what's broken, paint what's tired, and leave the kitchen alone.
Not sure which is which? Ask me before you spend a dollar.

Sample images, shown to illustrate the format.
You could do this yourself.
Plenty of agents do, for a while. Here's what a month of it involves.
On your own
- Decide what to talk about, then write it
- Find decent light and clean sound
- Record until one take is usable
- Trim, caption and brand each video
- Resize everything for each platform
- Do it again next month, between showings
With the Monthly Content Session
- Answer a short form
- Approve your scripts
- Come in for an hour
I handle the directing, recording, editing, captions and design. Studio lighting, real sound, and the same look every month.
What it does for you
Consistent content, without the second job.
Nobody can promise you a listing. What this gives you is finished content to post every week, and the work of making it taken off your plate.
Give your sphere a reason to hear from you each week.
Eight finished pieces is about two posts a week, each one answering a question people really ask.
Introduce yourself before the appointment.
Send one of your videos ahead of a listing presentation, so sellers have already heard how you think.
Look the same every month.
The same light and the same quality each time. Not one good headshot and a run of phone clips.
Keep posting when you get busy.
The session is on your calendar, and the work after it is mine.

Questions
I'm terrible on camera.
Most people who come in say that. You're reading your own words from a teleprompter, and I direct each take until it sounds like you talking to one person.
I tried video before and quit.
Most agents have. It usually stops because all of it lands on you. Here your part is a short form, a script approval and an hour.
What do I need to do before the session?
Fill out the form, which takes about ten minutes, and approve the three scripts I send back. Then show up in what you'd wear to a listing appointment. You don't need to write or memorize anything.
What exactly do I get?
Three captioned vertical videos, three finished photo posts that match them, and two retouched portraits, within three business days of the session.
Are the posts templates I have to fill in?
No. They're finished images, designed around your three topics with your photo and your brokerage. You download them and post them.
Will it have my brokerage on it?
Yes. Your brokerage name, logo and colors go on the videos and posts, set up once from your form.
Is this AI-generated?
No. It's really you, photographed and filmed in the studio. I use AI tools behind the scenes for script drafts, captions and layout. That's how an hour becomes a full set.
Do you photograph my listings?
No. This is about you, not the property. Your listing photographer handles the house. Website banners and other one-time graphics are available separately.
How does the monthly commitment work?
Monthly is $495 a month with a three-month minimum, then it continues month to month. If you'd like to try it first, a single session is $595 with no commitment, and the monthly rate starts with your next session if you continue.
What if I need to skip a month?
Give me a week's notice and we'll move your session to another day that month. If you need to skip the month entirely, it moves to the end of your term.
