How The Day Works
Five minutes per person. That's the whole ask.
Nobody blocks out an afternoon. People come down when it's their turn, get photographed, look at their images, pick the one they want, and go back to work. The most common reaction is that it took less time than expected.

Before the day
We agree on the look, I send a short prep note you can forward to the team, and you send me a running order or let people come as they're free. Either works.

I set up before anyone's needed
I arrive early and take about 30 to 45 minutes to build the studio — roughly a 10 by 10 foot corner and one power outlet. A conference room, empty office, or wide hallway all work. Nobody's workday is interrupted while I set up.

Everyone approves their own image
I direct each person through it — nobody has to know what to do with their hands. Then they review their shots on the spot and choose their favorite before they walk away. That's the step that prevents the "can I get a reshoot?" email a week later.

Before You Ask For A Quote
The questions managers actually ask.
How long will this take for our whole team?
Roughly five minutes per person once I'm set up, plus 30 to 45 minutes to build the studio beforehand.
A team of 10 is about an hour of shooting. Twenty-five people is around two hours. Fifty or more usually becomes a half or full day, and we'll build a schedule so departments come down in waves rather than everyone queuing at once.
What should everyone wear?
Whatever your team would wear to meet an important client. Solid colors and simple layers photograph best; large logos and tight repeating patterns fight with faces.
You'll get a short prep note before the day that you can forward straight to the team — no writing it yourself.
What if someone's out that day — or starts next month?
Normal, and planned for. I keep the exact lighting, background, and crop settings from your session on file, so anyone photographed later drops into the lineup looking like they were there on the day.
Latecomers and new hires can come to my Downtown Denver studio, or we can batch them into a short return visit once a few have accumulated.
How do we receive the files, and where can we use them?
One download link within 48 hours, with every file named by person so nobody has to rename 40 images. You'll get high-resolution and web-ready versions, sized for your website, LinkedIn, email signatures, internal directory, and print.
Usage for your company's own marketing and communications is included — website, social, press, recruiting, internal materials.
How does payment work?
You'll get a proper invoice you can run through accounts payable — no asking someone to put a company headshot day on a personal card.
If your finance team needs a W-9, COI, or vendor onboarding paperwork before the date, ask and I'll send it over the same day.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable and gives your team time to plan wardrobe. That said, if you're up against a website launch or a deadline, ask anyway — short-notice dates open up more often than you'd think.
