Personal Branding Photography for People Building Something

Multi-look brand sessions in Denver for founders, creatives, and professionals who need more than just a headshot. Studio or on-location. Matt Draper — Downtown Denver.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 on Google · Downtown Denver Studio · Multi-look brand sessions

More than a headshot. A library of you.

A headshot is one image — clean, focused, professional. It's what you need for a single use: LinkedIn, a directory, a press kit.

A personal branding session is different. It's a working library of images built around how you actually show up — at your desk, in front of a room, on a job site, in a quiet moment. Multiple looks, multiple settings, multiple expressions. The kind of variety that lets you post for a year without running out of images of yourself.

If you're building something — a company, a podcast, a coaching practice, a creative business — your face is part of your brand. The goal of a session isn't to get the photo. It's to get the set of photos that lets you show up everywhere you need to.

Sessions run 1 to 4 hours, in studio or on-location, with 5 to 20+ retouched images depending on the tier you choose.

Choose Your Session

Brand Session — $595

One hour, studio or on-location
2 looks
5 fully retouched images

For when you need a focused set of brand images — headshot, environmental, and one styled look.

Extended Brand Session — $950

Two hours, studio and/or location
3-4 looks
12 fully retouched images

More time, more range — for building a working library of images across different contexts.

Editorial Brand Session — $1,500

Unlimited looks
20 fully retouched images

A full, creative session built around you.

A full, magazine-style shoot. For founders and creators who want their brand to look like the cover of a magazine.

On-location sessions are available in all tiers. Pricing reflects studio or location work in the Denver metro area; travel beyond the metro is quoted separately.

How a Session Works

From first email to final images — here's what to expect.

1. Plan

We start with a short conversation about what you're building, who you're building it for, and where these images need to live. Outfits, locations, references, mood. The shoot starts long before the camera comes out.

2. Shoot

Sessions run in my Downtown Denver studio, at your office, or on-location anywhere in the Denver metro. I direct as we go — pose, expression, micro-adjustments — so you don't have to figure it out on your own. Most clients tell me it's the most relaxed photoshoot they've ever done.

3. Review

Within a few days, you'll get a private gallery of selects to review. You pick your favorites — no pressure, no upsells.

4. Deliver

Final retouched images land in your inbox in days, not weeks. Web-sized for digital use, high-resolution for print. Yours to use however you need.

FAQ - Person Branding

  • A headshot is one image — clean, focused, and built for a single use. A personal branding session is a multi-look shoot designed to produce a working library of images for your website, social, marketing, press, and anywhere else your face needs to show up. If you only need one strong image, book a headshot. If you're building something and need ongoing visual content, book a branding session.

  • Plan for one to two more outfits than your tier includes — it gives us flexibility on the day. For a Brand Session, bring 3 outfits. For Extended, bring 5. For Editorial, bring 6-8. We'll talk through specifics on our planning call.

  • Not required. Most clients arrive shoot-ready with their normal routine and look great on camera. If you'd prefer to have hair and makeup done, I can refer artists I trust — just let me know in advance.

  • My studio is in Downtown Denver. I also shoot on-location anywhere in the Denver metro — your office, a brand-relevant space, outdoor locations, or somewhere meaningful to your work. Multiple looks often mean splitting time between studio and location during the same session.

  • You'll receive a private gallery of selects within a few days of the shoot. Once you choose your favorites, fully retouched final images are delivered within a week. Faster turnaround is usually possible — just let me know if you have a deadline.

  • You don't need to be photogenic. You need to be directed well. Most of my clients tell me they came in dreading the shoot and left feeling like they'd had a good conversation. I'll guide you on pose, expression, and angle the entire time — you don't need to figure out what to do with your hands.

  • Yes. You receive full personal and commercial usage rights to your final retouched images. Use them on your website, social, marketing materials, press, podcast covers, anywhere you need them. I retain rights to use selected images in my portfolio and marketing.

  • No problem. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session at no charge.

The Process

Sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and built around you.

We’ll talk through what you’re hoping to get, then build the shoot around that — whether it’s clean and professional, more expressive, or somewhere in between.

Most people come in with an idea of what they want…
and leave with something even better.

Ready to build a brand that looks like you?

Most sessions book within the week. Bring your ideas, your wardrobe, and a willingness to try something. I'll handle the rest.

Or call 720-296-2737 — I'll pick up if I'm not behind a camera.

The Process

From first message to final gallery — here’s what working together looks like.

01 — Inquire

Send me a project brief through the inquiry form (or book a quick call if that’s easier). Tell me what you’re picturing, what you’ll use the photos for, and any deadline driving things. The more I know, the better I can scope it.

02 — Consultation

Within 24–48 hours I’ll come back with a recommendation — which session makes sense, what’s included, and a few options for how to approach it. We can talk it through on a call or keep it in email, whichever you prefer.

03 — Booking

Once we’re aligned, I’ll send a contract and a 50% deposit invoice. Sign and pay, and your shoot date is locked in.

04 — Pre-shoot Planning

This is where the real prep happens. I’ll send you my wardrobe guide, we’ll talk through location options (studio, your office, on-location), and I’ll put together a shot list based on how you’re using the images. No surprises on shoot day.

05 — The Shoot

Sessions run 1–3 hours depending on scope. I direct throughout — you don’t need to know how to pose. We’ll review images on the back of the camera as we go so you can see what we’re getting in real time.

06 — Proofing Gallery

Within a week, you’ll get a private online gallery of every usable image from the session. You pick your favorites for final retouching.

07 — Final Delivery

Final retouched, high-resolution images delivered through your gallery within two weeks of selection. Ready for your website, LinkedIn, press kit, or wherever you need them.
