What a brand library gives you

More than a headshot. A library built to work everywhere.

Why clients come to me

You might be here because something is changing.

Your work has evolved, your visibility is growing, or the photographs you have no longer reflect the person and business you are becoming.

01

You’re launching a new website.

You need more than one polished portrait—you need photographs that can carry an entire site.

02

You’re starting or repositioning a business.

The photography needs to feel as intentional, credible, and considered as the brand itself.

03

Your online presence feels out of date.

You want current images that feel authentic without looking casual, generic, or overly corporate.

04

You’re stepping into a bigger role.

Speaking, publishing, leadership, media, or press opportunities require a stronger and more versatile visual presence.

05

You’re ready to be more visible.

You want photographs that feel professional and confident while still looking recognizably like you.

The goal is not to make you look like someone else. It is to create a visual presence that finally feels aligned with where you are now.

From first conversation to final delivery

A thoughtful process. Nothing left to chance.

You do not need to arrive knowing how to pose, what every photograph should look like, or exactly which package you need. We begin with the purpose of the images and build the session from there.

01

Plan

We talk through what you are building, who the photographs need to reach, and where they will live. From there, we shape wardrobe, locations, references, mood, and the right visual direction.

Personal branding FAQ

A few things you may want to know before we begin.

The session is planned around what you are building and how the photographs need to work. These are the questions clients most often ask before choosing a collection.

Still deciding what you need? You do not have to choose a package before getting in touch.

What is the difference between a headshot and personal branding photography?

A professional headshot gives you one focused visual identity, generally for LinkedIn, a company biography, or a professional profile. Personal branding creates a broader collection: tighter portraits, wider compositions, multiple outfits or settings, and photographs designed for different parts of your website, social media, speaking, publishing, and marketing.

Which branding collection is right for me?

Brand Refresh works well when you need a focused update for a biography, profile, announcement, or smaller website. Brand Library is the best fit for most new websites and cross-platform marketing needs. Brand Story is designed for a larger launch, rebrand, course, book, or campaign requiring greater variety and multiple environments.

If you are between options, tell me where the photographs need to be used and I will recommend the smallest collection that will do the job well.

What happens after I book?

We begin with a planning questionnaire and conversation about your audience, intended uses, wardrobe, locations, and the impression the images should create. You will receive practical guidance before the session, so you are not left trying to invent the shoot on your own.

How many outfits should I bring?

Brand Refresh typically supports up to two outfits, Brand Library three to four, and Brand Story four to six. Bring a few additional options when possible. We will review everything together and choose the pieces that best support the visual direction rather than changing clothes simply for the sake of variety.

Do I need professional hair and makeup?

No. Many clients prepare themselves and photograph beautifully. Professional hair and makeup can be helpful for a major website, publishing project, or campaign, and I can recommend trusted Denver artists when it makes sense for the assignment. The goal is still for you to look recognizable and natural—not overly styled.

Where do personal branding sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in my Downtown Denver studio, at your office or workspace, or at a location that supports your brand. Brand Library can combine the studio with one nearby location, while Brand Story allows room for multiple nearby environments. Rentals and extended travel are quoted separately when needed.

What is the difference between finished images and the content gallery?

Your included finished images receive individual, detailed retouching and are delivered in high-resolution and web-ready formats. The larger content gallery included with Brand Library and Brand Story is a curated selection with light color and exposure adjustments, designed for social media and everyday digital marketing where a larger volume is useful.

Can I purchase additional fully retouched images?

Yes. Additional fully retouched photographs can be purchased after you review the proof gallery. They are $75 each, or five additional images for $300.

Can you photograph partners, founders, or small teams?

Yes. Published collections are designed for one person, but partner, founder, and small-team sessions are available by custom quote. The scope is based on the number of people, the individual portraits needed, and the shared team or working images required.

What if I hate being photographed or do not know how to pose?

That is normal, and you do not need previous experience. I direct posture, expression, movement, hand placement, and small adjustments throughout the session. You will never be left standing in front of the camera wondering what you are supposed to do.

How quickly will I receive my photographs?

You receive a private proof gallery the same day as your session. Your fully retouched selections are delivered within 48 hours after you submit your choices. Larger content galleries are delivered with the completed collection unless another timeline is agreed upon.

Can I use the photographs for my business and marketing?

Yes. Your collection includes usage for your own website, social media, press, speaking, publishing, newsletters, and marketing. Third-party advertising campaigns, resale, or use by another company may require separate licensing depending on the project.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

Reach out as soon as possible. Rescheduling is handled according to the terms provided with your booking, and I will always try to find a practical solution when plans genuinely change. Weather-dependent location sessions are moved when conditions would compromise the photographs.

Ready to begin?

Let’s create the photographs your next chapter needs.

Tell me what you are building, where the photographs will be used, and which collection feels closest. You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.

Start with a simple conversation.

Share the project, timing, and the kind of presence you want the photographs to create. I’ll help you determine the right scope from there.
